Submission Policy
Authors are required not to submit papers that have been submitted to another conference or journal.
Accepted papers must be presented at the conference.
Accepted papers will be published by Kluwer Academic Publishers.
Authors are encouraged to use the guidelines and templates of Kluwer Academic Publishers for manuscript preparation since the camera-ready copies of the accepted papers will be prepared
by the authors using these guidelines and templates which can be found soon on this site.
Papers must include an informative abstract as well as names and affiliations of all authors, and a list of keywords facilitating the assignment of papers to referees.
Authors are encouraged to submit their papers electronically via the ConfMan System.
Submissions must be received by October 25, 2002.
Late submissions or papers which are too long or require substantial revision will not be considered.
